 FAQs

  • After booking, you can reschedule your session once free of charge. After that, an inconvenience fee will be applied each time you reschedule. If you need to cancel your session, please let us know at least 2 days in advance. Any cancellations within 24 hours of the session date will be charged the remaining balance.

  • All retainer fees are non-refundable, regardless of circumstances.

  • We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance so we can plan and prepare for your session.

  • There is 7-14 day turnaround time for you to receive the images. If you need the photos sooner, please let us know so we can accommodate you.

  • Payment plans are available. Please let us know if you want to take advantage of this option.

  • We will shoot on location by default based on the package you select. Shooting in the studio or a luxury rental home is an option for you at an additional cost.

  • We offer consultation calls to help you plan the session. This service will be provided after you submit the retainer fee.

  • There will be additional fees for traveling 25 miles outside Raleigh, NC, starting at $75

  • We do offer packages in case you need consistent branding photos. To be eligible for it, you must need monthly, semi-monthly, or quarterly branding content.

  • You can preselect your photos at no cost after your session is over. We will send the unedited files to your email so you can make your selections.

  • To book a session, fill out our contact form, and we will contact you in 24-48 hours with your personalized portal. You will then be able to select your package and add-ons and submit the retainer fee to lock in your session date.

  • At this time, we don’t offer product photography for business owners. There is a chance that we will offer that service in the future.

  • Based on the package you select, you will get a designated amount of images; however, if you need more than the designated amount, you can purchase more at an additional cost.

  • Your session date will not be reserved for you until we receive the retainer fee. Until then, your date will remain open for someone else to take.
